The Leadership team and Board serve in structuring and making key decisions directly related to the 7MWIN ministry.  Our accountability consist of our Leadership & Advisory Team, Board Members, and H.I.M. Apostolic Network. We believe in and desire to follow the Ephesians 4: 11,12 model of the fivefold leadership gifts. Our advisory team, intercessors and financial partners play  key roles in the everyday maintaining and functioning of the ministry.

Marta Rios Escarcega is the Founder/Director of 7M Worship Intercession Network in Fresno, CA and H.I.M Pastor with Harvest International Ministries . She is a wife, mother of four, spiritual life coach, writer and entrepreneur. She has worked as a teacher, principal/administrator in various preK-13 educational settings. Marta has her BA in Biblical Religious Studies, MA in Education from Fresno Pacific University and Doctor Degree in Practical Ministry from Wagner Leadership Institute. Her passions include teaching, mentoring/training, networking marketplace ministers, prayer-walking cities, 'soaking' in the Presence, being a 'Presence carrier' wherever she goes, and seeing the Kingdom of God invade and transform cities. She has prayer-walked  many miles in Fresno, Jerusalem, Pasadena, and part of Washington, DC; and is looking forward to wherever God leads her.

She has been involved in various church ministries and prayer groups for the past 30 years. She was commissioned as a ‘Watchman on the Wall’ with Eagles Wings ministry with the endorsements of Municipality of Jerusalem and the Knesset Christian Allies Caucus in 2005. She lived and worked in Jerusalem in the early 1980s. She and her husband, Arnold Escarcega (PA/FNP) are ordained ministers. They have been married since 1983 and have four children (13-20). 


Dave Wainscott is pastor and "chief dreamer" of Third Day Fresno, a missional church plant in Fresno. He also teaches Bible and Ministry for Latin American Bible Institute's Sanger Campus and is adjunct instructor in Bible for Fresno Pacific University's Degree Completion program.

A graduate of Fresno Pacific University (Bachelors, Communication/Spanish) and Asbury Theological Seminary (Masters of Divinity), he is on the executive eldership of, and teaches for, the Grace Covenant International network of ministries. He is a certified evangelist with United Christian Ashrams and enjoys speaking at camps and retreats as well as leading trips to Peru and Israel. He also serves as Chair of the Board of New Creation Ministries. Dave is currently blogging and writing in the area of church and culture (see www.davewainscott.blogspot.com).

Dave has been married to Sonya for 24 years, and they have two children, Tim and Sara.
